Katandra's unbeaten march through the Picola and District Football Netball League (PDL) continued in emphatic fashion on Saturday, accounting for Deni Rovers by 26 points to remain a perfect 12-0 at the top of the ladder.

The ladder leader was challenged early before kicking clear after half-time to record a 13.11 (89) to 9.9 (63) victory, maintaining its buffer over second-placed Waaia.
Second-placed Waaia also kept the pressure on the pacesetter with a comfortable 13.16 (94) to 6.8 (44) win over Tungamah.
The Bombers took control after quarter-time and never looked back to improve to 11-1, while Tungamah slipped to an even 6-6 record.
The Bombers led by just two points at the first change, 2.4 (16) to 2.2 (14), before extending the margin to 14 points by half-time.
A dominant third quarter proved decisive as Waaia slammed on 5.3 while restricting Tungamah to just one goal, taking a 40-point advantage into the final break before cruising home to a 50-point win.
Charlie Burrows, Jesse Trower and Todd Davies each kicked three goals for the Bombers, while Tim Belford was named among the side's best players alongside Mitch Bergamin, Mitch Cleeland, Burrows and Sam Boyd.
Duane Haebich fought hard for Tungamah with four goals, with Jacob Adkins adding two in the losing effort.
Meanwhile, Katamatite strengthened its grip on a top-four berth by overpowering Berrigan 16.10 (106) to 7.6 (48). The Tigers trailed by a point at the first change before piling on 13 goals to three across the final three quarters, with Mitch Ward leading the way with four goals and Mitchell Coleman adding three.
Strathmerton consolidated third place with a 11.10 (76) to 8.14 (62) victory over Jerilderie. Despite the Demons creating plenty of opportunities, inaccurate kicking proved costly as the Bulldogs finished the stronger side to improve to 10 wins from 12 games.
Barooga kept pace with the leading pack after defeating Dookie United 13.7 (85) to 6.8 (44). The Hawks were in control throughout to remain inside the top five and level on wins with Katamatite.
Tocumwal continued its push towards the top six by proving too strong for Picola United, winning 16.12 (108) to 10.8 (68). The Bloods' fifth victory of the season keeps them within striking distance of the finals places.
Elsewhere, Blighty claimed an important percentage-boosting 10.12 (72) to 6.8 (44) success over Katunga, while Rennie broke through for just its second win of the season with a hard-fought 13.9 (87) to 11.13 (79) triumph against fellow battler Mathoura.
In the league’s A-grade netball, Katamatite produced the result of the round with a dominant 73-21 victory over Berrigan to further cement its place among the competition's leading contenders.
League leader Dookie United continued its unbeaten campaign with a convincing 60-31 win against Barooga, while second-placed Strathmerton also maintained the pressure with a 52-47 victory over Jerilderie in a hard-fought contest.
Blighty edged Katunga 51-22, Tocumwal claimed a valuable 41-35 win over Picola United and Waaia proved too strong for Tungamah, winning 49-34.
Elsewhere, Katandra held off Deni Rovers 39-36 in one of the closest games of the round, while Rennie recorded an impressive 53-18 triumph over Mathoura.
