Joining current Tiger and 12-year Port Adelaide player Tom Clurey, Katamatite has landed the services of Justin Westhoff and Tom Jonas for a Picola District League senior game on Saturday, June 27.
Westhoff is a best-and-fairest winner at Port Adelaide, and played 280 games for the Alberton-based club, recording 313 goals across his career.
Jonas is a former captain of the Power, holding the title between 2019 and 2023, and played 215 games as a key defender in teal, black and white.
The match held at Katamatite’s home deck will be the round 12 fixture against Deniliquin Rovers.
Jonas and Westhoff will first be a part of a Sportsman’s Interview at the club, followed by a question and answer for those who buy tickets to the pre-game event.
The duo will then suit up for the reigning premier, as the Tigers continue its charge towards potential back-to-back flags.
Tickets for the event can be bought via Katamatite Tigers FC Facebook page, or here.
