A P-plater was allegedly doing three times the speed limit in Shepparton’s main street.

Police allege the black Toyota Aurion was being driven south on Wyndham St at 121km/h in a 40km/h zone when it was spotted by police who were driving in the opposite direction.
Police pulled the car over immediately, between Vaughan and Sobraon Sts, at 7.45pm.
The vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
The 18-year-old Shepparton man driving the car will be charged on summons to face Shepparton Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
Charges will include speeding in a dangerous manner, police said.
