With the scores locked at three sets apiece, Old Students stormed home to clinch the final three sets with ease, 6-5, 6-0, 6-0.
In the remaining Pennant-A1 results, Lemnos recorded a 5-41 to 4-30 win against Central Park, while McEwen Reserve Opal thrashed St Brendan's 7-49 to 2-24.

● Across the A2-A3-A4 matches, St Andrew's will contest for the A2 flag despite suffering a 7-49 to 2-31 loss to McEwen Reserve Green at the weekend.

Rounding out the A2 finals will be Karramomus, which is coming off a damaging 9-54 to 0-15 win against Undera Maroon.
Lastly, Old Students will head into the A3 finals series with plenty of confidence after defeating fellow A3 outfit Murchison 5-40 to 4-3 and Shepparton North Gold (6-47 to 3-34) was too strong for Central Park.
