Opening pair Andrew Bock (64) and Tom Favaro (57 not out) helped guide Students to a comfortable nine-wicket victory in their round five contest at Kialla Park Reserve.
After winning the toss and batting, United was quickly dismissed for 126 off 37 overs.
Students Ross Hammer (2-18) and Mathew Newton-King (2-20) impressed with the ball, while United youngster Tyler Green top-scored with 41 not out.
But the two stars were Bock and Favaro, as they combined for 113 runs, 20 boundaries and two sixes.
Bock's half-century follows his impressive 120 last weekend and takes his season tally to 250 from five innings.
Saturday's win was Old Students’ third of the Cricket Shepparton E-grade season before a date with Mooroopna next round.
In other games, Katandra tightened its grip on top spot with a dominant win against Mooroopna.
The ladder leader restricted the home side to 7-115 off 40 overs and responded in great fashion with 2-117 off 26 overs.
James Griffin (55) and Matthew Koutroubas (36 not out) starred at the top of the order with a brilliant 108-run partnership.
Katandra's Riley Williams picked up 2-12 off seven overs, while Mooroopna's Geoff Wood (33) led the way for the home side.
Meanwhile, a superb half-century from Jag Singh has steered Pine Lodge to a classy nine-wicket victory against Murchison.
Singh's 54 not out followed the stunning bowling efforts from teammates Jack Vaivars (3-10) and Sunny Uppal (3-13), dismissing Murchison for 93 from 26.3 overs.
Murchison's Jim Collins (33) and Will Woodwad (28) battled superbly through the bowling onslaught from the Lodgers’ duo.
And Tatura suffered a loss to Dhurringile, despite a sublime 110 not out from its skipper Peter Trevaskis.
