Headlining the round two contests was the match between Mooroopna Cats and Shepparton Lawn Blue at the Shepparton Lawn courts.
Despite the match having eight games, the two sides were unable to be separated at the end of the day, sharing a 4-33 to 4-33 draw.
The day began with a cut-throat doubles contest between Blue's Ben Okely and Mitch Rodda and Mooroopna's Jobe Jakobs and Dominic Slee.
Mooroopna's boys were able to clinch a 6-4 victory to get the ball rolling, while they both picked up wins in their singles matches to be the stars on the day.
Meanwhile, Toolamba, Nathalia Lawn and Shepparton Lawn Red were the other B1-grade winners.
In the A1-A2 division, Kialla Park Gold got the better of club rival Kialla Park Blue (7-47 to 1-26).
And both of Shepparton Lawn's outfits clinched wins against the Mooroopna Cats, that rounded out a strong day for the club.
Elsewhere, there was another nail-biting draw between Tatura Lawn and Mooroopna Cats White in the B2 division.
After Tatura clinched the first set 6-3, Mooroopna bounced back with the next three.
But Tatura's nerves of steel helped it salute in the final two sets 6-4 and 6-2, as the final score read 4-36 apiece.
Rounding out the ladder leaders in the remaining divisions after two rounds are, Shepparton Lawn Green (B3-grade), Kialla Park (C1), Kialla Park Gold (C2), Shepparton Lawn Blue (D1) and Tallygaroopna (Doubles Two).
