Fresh off a one-shot boilover of reigning premier Shepparton Golf, the Parkers stumbled to a 70-59 loss at Rushworth.
Barb Garvey was the hero for Rushworth, smashing Parkers gun Di Hands 36-14.
Bev Cahill did her best to cover that result, dominating Barb Rogerson 28-12 to earn two points for Park.
However, Rushworth legend Jean Sprague pipped Marika Armstrong 22-17 to seal the upset.
Shepparton Golf rebounded from its round one loss, demolishing Mooroopna Golf 16-92 to 0-54.
Kyabram edged past Hill Top 14-68 to 2-60 in the round's closest division one contest.
Jenni Dixon's 30-23 success against Jeanette Overall was a decisive result for Kyabram.
Seymour had the bye.
Kyabram and Hill Top played out an enthralling draw in division two, finishing on 65 shots each.
Hill Top's Pauline Moroney kicked things off with a 30-20 against Marg George.
However, Kyabram responded with five-shot wins to Jill Barrett (29-14) and Margaret Cox (26-21) to earn the lion's share of the points, 9-65 to 7-65.
In other division two games, Euroa left Stanhope with a 16-89 to 0-48 sweep, Tatura rolled Shepparton Golf 12-73 to 4-63 and Avenel outclassed Shepparton Park 16-77 to 0-48.
There were lop-sided results in division three, starting with a Seymour outfit that powered past East Shepparton 16-97 to 0-56 at home.
Murchison was too good for Kyabram 14-79 to 2-58 and Shepparton RSL posted a 15-80 to 1-55 victory against Mooroopna Golf.
Mooroopna routed Euroa 16-85 to 0-46 to complete the round.
Lastly, Kyabram capped off a great day for the club with a 12-72 to 4-63 success against Hill Top in division four.
After Hill Top skip Betty Durston prevailed 24-21, Nancye Brisbane led her rink to a dominant 23-15 victory.
However, Kyabram's Lucy Portia skipped her rink to an emphatic 36-16 victory in the other rink battle to claim overall honours for her club.
Chantel Wakenshaw's 42-10 day out against Kay Pregnell powered Rushworth to a 14-88 to 2-58 triumph at East Shepparton.
Josie Italia claimed two points for East with a 28-20 victory against Christine Borger.
Shepparton Park A clinched a 16-83 to 0-53 win against Mooroopna Golf, rocketing the Parkers up into first spot on the ladder.
Other division four winners were Shepparton Park B and Merrigum.
