Police are appealing for public assistance to find Patrick, who was last seen in Kyabram on the weekend.
The 71-year-old was seen on Sawyers Ave on Saturday, May 17 at around 1.30pm, while his 2006 white Ford Falcon sedan was spotted travelling through Yarroweyah in northern Victoria later that day, at about 3.13pm.
The vehicle’s registration is UOG 399.
Patrick’s family and police are concerned for his welfare, as his disappearance is out of character.
He has a medical condition that requires medication. It is believed he does not have his medication with him.
It is not clear where Patrick might have been headed; however, he is known to visit relatives in NSW.
Patrick is Caucasian in appearance and is about 172cm tall with a solid build.
He has black, dyed, short and straight hair, and no facial hair.
He was wearing black pants and a blue and white striped shirt when he was last seen.
