He will finish his marathon effort with a 12-hour walkathon on November 30.
Mr Anderson said he was inspired by Shepparton man, Jarrod Lyle.
The much-loved larrikin of golf courses across the world died on August 8 last year, aged 36, after tackling acute myeloid leukaemia for the third time.
Mr Anderson, who welcomed his daughter Addison to the world 12 months ago, said he hoped to raise $2000 for the families of cancer patients.
He will be wearing the same yellow hat and T-shirt while doing a minimum of “five laps per day” during November, and encouraged people to “come up and say g’day”.
“If all I have to do is walk 350km to help (families of cancer patients) it's not a lot compared to what they have to go through,” he said.
In January, Mr Anderson will also be shaving his head, along with breakfast radio host Josiah Shala, for the same cause.
The walkathon will be held between 5am and 5pm on Saturday, November 30.
