The Swans are arguably the in-form side of the competition as finals action looms large on the horizon, but will want to make sure that continues on the last weekend of the regular season.
A host of potential inclusions could also bolster Kasey Duncan's outfit, with Michael McKenzie, Nick Goodwin, Michael Morgan and captain Michael Tinkler all pushing for selection.
Last week Duncan booted 10 goals as his charges dealt comfortably with Dookie United.
"I was really proud of our aggression around the contest and our attack and pressure," he told the Seymour Telegraph.
"We were playing the footy we wanted to and we were creating plenty of space going forward."
The Swans will be hoping the Thunder can do them a favour this weekend by knocking over Nagambie, but the Lakers are flying high themselves after a big win against ladder-leader Tallygaroopna.
"A nine-goal win over Tally is something to be proud of," Nagambie coach Anthony Haysom told the Seymour Telegraph.
"But there is plenty more to work on.
"We understand we’ll need to be at our best — and better than Saturday — to get a good result next time we meet.
"No doubt they’ll be full strength — and we’ll get a couple back ourselves."
Haysom will still not be taking this week's opponent lightly though.
"(Dookie) will be out to get us and looking to finish their season strongly," Haysom said.
"We need to be careful about how we go about it.
"We’ll get our game going and get the result we are after."
Other fixtures this weekend include Shepparton East taking on Murchison-Toolamba, Rushworth hosting Girgarre and Longwood travelling to battle against Stanhope.
Lancaster also faces Tallygaroopna.
Merrigum, Ardmona and Undera all have the bye.
