Coordinated by the Deniliquin Veterinary Clinic to raise money for the Breast Cancer Foundation, the fundraising walk meandered through the Deniliquin Regional Park behind Memorial Park.
Walkers completed the short walking track in the forest, with some stopping to let their dogs take a dip at Willoughby’s Beach on the way through.
Dogs and walkers alike donned touches of pink, and made a minimum gold coin donation to take part.
More than $200 was collected on Sunday alone.
Other donations have been made online and into the tin at the vet clinic during this week, with the final tally to be finalised following the drawing of the raffle today.
