The team has relocated to what was the primary campus office and is excited to be working together in the one area.
Kyabram P-12 College business manager Jan Prior said the administrative team would continue to provide the same support to students, families and the wider community that had always been offered by the college.
“It has always been the College Council vision that the team would be placed in one location,” she said.
The previous college office will be demolished early in term four, which will make way for a central Wellbeing Hub.
The new space will see allow students access to wellbeing staff, chaplains, mental health practitioners and Koorie Education Support Officers.
Ms Prior said the area would also provide space for visiting occupational therapists, and other services.
“The Wellbeing Hub includes a central break-out area, rooms for one-on-one meetings and access to the outdoor courtyard and gardens,” she said.
Within this space will be a new administration area, which will provide a centralised office for students, parents and staff across prep to Year 12 levels.
“This area will see our administration staff and principals working together to achieve the vision of the new college since the inception of the merger,” Mrs Prior said.
The administrative team undertake wide and varied roles across the P-12 College.
