Stalking, drugs charges

He was taken to the Deniliquin Police Station and charged with alleged stalking (domestic violence related), breaching an apprehended violence order and supply of a prohibited drug.

Another charge of hinder police was also laid.

The man was bail refused and was appearing in Albury Court yesterday.

Offensive fine

An 18 year-old man was given a fine for offensive behaviour after his alleged use of bad language.

Police spoke with the man in Napier St, Deniliquin about 12.40am Saturday regarding the swearing.

He was issued an infringement notice on the spot.
