Blue could only manage to pick up three of the 11 rubbers as the Lions took the win 8-74 to 3-37.
Lions duo Nathan Mitchell and Anna Reynolds bagelled Michael Frizzell and Lyndon Poole 8-0 to set up the victory.
Despite the loss, Blue is still ahead of fellow winless side Mooroopna Jets.
Shepparton Celtics found a way to get past Nathalia in what was the match of the round.
The Celtics won 6-60 to 5-50, despite losing the opening two rubbers.
Paul Ranson and Michael Clurey teamed up in rubber seven and won 8-1, which was the biggest margin of the match.
In other GM2 Mixed results, Stanhope moved into the top five after defeating the Jets, Yarrawonga knocked off Shepparton Pelicans and the Giants got the better of the Saints in the Shepparton derby.
● In the GM1 division, Shepparton Hornets took all the points on offer in a 10-80 to 0-19 win over Numurkah-Mooroopna Mud Dogs and Rich River Rebels had a similarly easy win over Shepparton Lakers as they won nine rubbers to one.
Shepparton Bulls won eight rubbers to two against Echuca Lawn and in the match of the round, Numurkah Warriors won 5-63 to 5-62 against Bendigo South.
● A single set was the only thing separating Numurkah Penguins and Tatura Tornadoes in the GM3 East competition, as the Penguins won 7-76 to 6-76.
Kyabram Bombers did a number on Mooroopna Cats, winning 12 rubbers to one, while Nathalia was handed all 13 rubbers after Kialla Park Gold forfeited.
● Cobram took all 10 rubbers in its GM3 Open clash with Dhurringile, winning 76 games to 20.
Numurkah beat Kyabram Bombers 8-1 and Tongala knocked off Mooroopna 7-2.
In the other match, Kyabram Redbacks were successful against Tatura.
● In GM3 West rivalry round, Tatura Storm defeated fellow Tatura team, the Hurricanes, 11-98 to 2-54, Kyabram Bombers lost to Kyabram Redbacks 10 rubbers to three and Tongala knocked of Lockington-Bamawn United, despite winning less games in a 7-68 to 6-72 result.
