Despite having the bye, P*ssheads held on to their top position on the ladder, just two sets clear of the also undefeated Misfits who beat The Shoeless 7-4.
It will be the “Clash of the Titans” in round 7 when they play each other.
26 Jets snuck over the line with a 6-5 thrilling “Team’s Game” win, which could have literally gone either way after Falcon Hasbeens players also had shots at a peg to win.
In the final match Double Trouble annihilated Pastoral Phoenix with an 11-0 win.
The Shoeless is the only team not to have the bye so far.
Individual highlights
Keith Jones pulled out a bit of his old form, hitting a magnificent 14-dart leg and scoring a maximum 180.
Max Crilly threw the only other 180 of the round.
Again, the highest average went to Michael Bajowski with 23.86.
Geoff Ward hit a mighty 116 peg out and the most tons went to our highly decorated lady player, Joanne Hadley. Jo hit 12 tons.
Division two
Pastoral Pirates maintained their unbeaten record with a “Team’s Game” 6-5 win over the, yet to win a game, Sore & Achey.
It sounds close, but the Pirates seemed never to be in doubt, leaving Sore & Achey with 340 to rub in the 1001 final set.
In the far eastern match up, Cockadoos were too strong for Dart Devils, winning 7-4 and in the final match, Ocheholics continued their winning form, taking care of the Pastoral Warriors, also 7-4.
Ocheholics are the only team not to have had the bye and look like losing second place next round as Pastoral Pirates and Cockadoos go head to head in round 7.
That is unless Pirates can beat Cockadoos 10-1 or better, which is highly unlikely. The Recyclables took their turn at the bye.
Individual highlights
It was obviously Kodye Clark’s night out as he led every category.
His average was 18.91, he had the highest peg with 105, and he threw a 21-dart leg.
He also led the tons list along with Rob Molnar and Shane Valentine. They all threw six for the night.

EMDA open doubles
Due to an issue that arose, the EMDA Committee held an emergency meeting on Tuesday night.
It was voted on, and decided, that non-members could play in the open doubles on March 19.
They will need to pay a registration fee to be eligible.
It was generally acknowledged that the rules, which have not always been adhered to in the past, need to be updated.
A subcommittee is to be formed to look into this.
Team photos
I’m running out of stock team photos.
You’ll probably have noticed I’ve recycled some photos and even drawn on shots taken in previous seasons.
I ask all captains and players to send in some more recent pics of their teams I might be able to use.
