Success in the teenage groups as Jerilderie struggle against Strathmerton

A-grade: Jerilderie 35 def by Strathmerton 58.

The Demons fought hard today, but too many errors led to another loss.

Awards: Tanya Rorato, Katelyn Marshall, and Miley Conn.

B-grade: Jerilderie 46 def by Strathmerton 66.

The Demons played a strong game, but couldn't quite seal the deal.

Awards: Eden Hercus, Tianni Given, and Siarne Deeves.

C-grade: Jerilderie 35 def Strathmerton 33.

A fantastic win. The day didn’t start as planned, with last-minute injuries and emergencies threatening to unsettle the team. But the girls rallied together with determination and played a solid game of netball.

Awards: Rhianna Hiroki-Mckinlay, Stella Williams, and Jacinta Eldridge.

C Reserve: Strathmerton 30 def Jerilderie 22.

A fantastic effort, going down by just eight goals. The team struggled to find players and many were not feeling the best, but showed great team work and resilience.

Best on Court went to Katie Gurcuillo, who played her best game of the year and shot a personal best number of goals. Other awards went to Bec Mitchell and Shikaya Hall.

Under 17s: Jerilderie 42 def Strathmerton 25.

Another great win. The girls started off a little slow, but after quarter time really lifted their game. It was another impressive performance from the team, pushing them up to second on the ladder.

Awards: Chelsea Hibbert, Shikaya Hall, and Zara Williams.

Under 15s: Jerilderie 31 def by Strathmerton 34.

The girls went down by just three goals. Every player fought hard and gave their all, and they should hold their heads high.

Awards: Jacinta Eldridge, Ruby Neessen, and Abby Mitchell.

Under 13s: Blighty 26 def Jerilderie 8.

The girls came out firing and had a powerful first half, leading at halftime and showcasing their growing confidence, but were unable to hang on for the win.

Awards: Lexie Hines, Pippa Shaw, and Amity Ewert.

Under 11s: Not scored.

The u11s took to the court with energy and determination. An outstanding effort by every player. The teamwork, hustle, and positivity continues to impress every week.
