The girls were faced with tough opposition against Berrigan, who had set plays and impeccable timing.
Amy Weir, Sarah Hamner, Steph Barry and Chelsea Weir worked tirelessly in defence all day.
Ash Charlton stepped into the game halfway through, showing wonderful determination in goals, working with Stevie Bateman who shot some wonderful long shots.
Meagan Lowry and Erica Nicholls worked hard in the mid-court, creating excellent passages of play. Everyone fought to the end, but it just wasn’t our day.

This week the girls came out ready to go. They showed great teamwork and put what they had learnt at training into practice.
Monique Toppin held strong in the goal circle while the mid-court fed the ball into her.
Cody Mitchell did an abundance of work outside the ring to support the shooter.
Jessie Hamner played beautifully in the mid-court and in goals, bringing something different to the line-up this week.
Maddie Weir showed her skills in wing defence and centre.
The defence end worked hard to stop the goalers with Sammy Rourke, Jane Napier and Maddie Charlton taking intercepts and rebounds throughout the game.

The girls were pumped from the start of this nail biter game. Every player in the team fought tirelessly until the end.

The growth and development of this team is amazing, especially considering some players are new to netball.

The Redeyes met a tough opponent in round four.
Captain Sammy Watson travelled back from Melbourne to play and steer her team along in what proved to be a brilliant day for our girls.
From the first whistle, all players were focused and determined, creating a consistently well battled game with minimal margins.
Ash Charlton was once again dominant in the goal ring.
Catie Michael subbed in to attack and was impressive with her poise passing to the goalers and was instrumental to gaining scores on the board.
Izzy Pearn came into defence for the Redeyes later in the game and, as always, was determined and dedicated to her role, creating turnovers and always backing up her teammates.
Thanks again to Millie Hanmer - an ever reliable and strong netballer.

The Redeyes worked tirelessly the whole game, doing well to implement the skills we worked on at training.
Captain Eliza Weir led the girls down the court in the centre after coming back from an injury, then got thrown into defence to apply some added pressure.
Milla Bode made it tough for the shooters in defence and Lucy Pisasale assisted in creating great space and passages of play down the court in the wings.
The girls didn’t stop the whole game, consistently adjusting to new combinations and positions they were put in.

Under-13s: Blighty 50 def Berrigan 0.
Blighty played an outstanding game to keep Berrigan scoreless.
Intense pressure resulted in numerous turnovers with defenders Sophie Pearce, Shelby Huckin and Alice Petersen sending the ball back into attack.
Kaydnce Sibraa created play through the mid-court with Isla Andrews, Peggy, McKenzie and Georgie butcher working hard to feed shooters.
Ella Charlton again stood tall in goals with Lexi Bucholtz and Indi Bain combing to make it very difficult for Berrigan to stop the goals.

Under-11s: Not scored.
The Minis came up against Berrigan for a tough match, but showed perseverance and improvement to bring the ball down the court and score goals against a strong defensive side.
Remy Tremble played a great game in attack and showed strong composure, getting many turnovers and turning them into goals with the help of Keira Lankow, who found space away from her opponent to assist with bringing the ball down the court and feeding it into the shooters.
Lindsey Lankow held her own in defence, placing her arms over every ball and always sticking close with her player making it hard for Berrigan to score.
