More than 50 teams from under-11s through to under-17s will compete in this year’s tournament, which will be held on Sunday at the Echuca South Netball Complex.
EDNA will have eight teams competing, with other sides travelling from Sunraysia, Bendigo, Shepparton, Picola and Deniliquin to take part.
The tournament is a lead-up event to the Netball Victoria zones, with EDNA teams competing in other tournaments held in Albury, Wangaratta and Shepparton.
EDNA president, life member and 15-and-under coach Betty McCoomb said she was looking forward to the competition.
“It’s a great opportunity,” Ms Mcoomb said.
“It’s a good chance to see where you sit against all the other teams in your region before you have to play them at the Netball Victoria zones in a couple of weeks.
“Our EDNA tournament is one that a lot of teams like to come to. We love putting it on as an association and we appreciate all the support we get from the parents and our sponsors.”
Ms Mcoomb said netball is one of her passions.
“I love coaching,” she said. “I love turning a group of girls into a team and seeing them develop and grow and having a great time playing sport.”
The tournament will kick off at 9am on Sunday, with the finals expected to be played around 3pm.
EDNA teams will take part in another tournament in Kyabram next week before competing at zones in June.
