Brian Suffolk and Keith McCormack are an excellent four-ball combination and duly saluted over Peter Varcoe and Phil Birrell.

It was a three-way countback to decide the placings in A-grade with Graham Mose edging out the in-form Glenn Rogers for the major prize.

John Tomlinson is in good form as well and will be in the winners list shortly.

Jason Quattrocchi won B-grade with Peter Engley and Jye Warren not far behind. Jye will be looking for a win before footy season comes around.

It was also a close event in C-grade with Greg Cheong winning a countback over Tony Ciavarella, with Alan Peach in third place. I think it would be Mark Byron’s first super pin win and it was well worth it.

Georgiana Azzopardi clearly holds the best form in her family, taking out the win in the ladies stableford event with a score of 37 points.

Rita Freestone was not far away and Josie Kirkman is preparing nicely for summer pennant with a third place finish.

Deb Bawden won the nearest the pin and Fitzy, a regular winner of the super pin, got the chocolates again.
