The Goulburn Valley, Murray, Kyabram District and Picola District leagues will return on Saturday.
Following the Victorian Government announcement on Monday, there will be no spectators allowed at this weekend's matches.
As reported on Monday, the GVL will resume with round 14 action.
There are three rounds left in the season, with the GVL finals series to proceed as scheduled and finish on the Sunday after the AFL grand final.
Meanwhile, KDL president Fraser Kerrins said his competition would resume with its round 15 fixture.
“We will be returning this weekend with a full round of matches,” Kerrins said.
He said the league was "awaiting to receive protocols from AFL Victoria" on exactly what play would look like on Saturday.
In the Murray league, action kicks off on Saturday with its scheduled round 17 matches.
It will be the penultimate round of the home and away season, with finals to start on the weekend of August 28-29.
The grand final is still slated for September 18.
For the Picola league, this weekend's round 16 matches will be the last chance for clubs to sneak into finals contention.
The league has opted to stay with its five-week series and has pushed back its finals matches by one week.
That decision now means there will be a new grand final date.
Operations manager Shane Railton said the league was still deciding what day to host the grand final on the weekend of September 18-19.
