The side easily accounted for Karramomus 8-53 to 1-27, winning all but one rubber on Saturday.
Shane Harrington and Marie Levett-Hall won the only set for Karramomus, while Levett-Hall and Stacey Kay were close with a 6-5 loss to Emma Keady and Megan Hunter.
Shepparton North fended off McEwen Reserve White to retain second spot on the ladder.
White went down 5-45 to 4-36, but held fourth spot after its clubmate McEwen Reserve Opal knocked off Central Park.
The Opals won a nail-biter on Saturday, clinching a 5-40 to 4-38 victory.
Tim Comer and Lynette Gibbs overcame Scott Durling and Janelle Pottenger 6-3 before Ben Ladson and Kerry Walker defeated Neil Evans and Elizabeth Pottenger 6-1 to give the Opals the win, despite Jarrod Minogue and Ella Wayman nabbing a mixed doubles win 6-2 for Central Park.
Lemnos had the bye to round out the pennant round.
In the other divisions, Shepparton North Gold managed a win over Bunbartha despite losing more rubbers.
The 4-38 to 5-36 win was pushed along by Gold's round six and seven pairs pushing their opponents all the way in holding on for 6-5 losses.
Both clubs had a 6-0 rubber sweep go their way, but Gold's men managed to snare two 6-1 wins to swing the momentum their way.
Clubmate Shepparton North Red was downed by St Brendan's 6-45 to 3-37 thanks to 6-0 and 6-1 set wins from Beverley Montgomery with Tessa Smith and Steven O'Connor respectively.
McEwen Reserve Gray accounted for Central Park Blue by three sets, winning 5-44 to 4-41 with nine fairly close rubbers.
McEwen Reserve Orange took down Undera by the same margin, 5-42 to 4-39 and McEwen Reserve Green defeated Old Students 6-42 to 3-25.
Murchison had an easy 7-50 to 2-29 win over Central Park White to lock in third spot on the ladder, while St Andrew's defeated Karramomus 6-46 to 3-30.
