The Eagles ripped through their opponents and were just as brutal with willow in hand, 58 runs ahead by stumps still with four wickets in hand.
The 12th-ranked Bloods won the toss and batted, but were quickly in all sorts of bother, after a dramatic loss of 5-14 to start the innings.
Hadleigh Sirett (2-20) and Corey Hickford (3-11) shared those wickets, which included the Bloods losing 3-0 to slide from 2-14 to 5-14.
But they steadied with Tim Kelly at the crease, the experienced batsman scoring 38 of the 41 runs Karramomus made when he was at the crease.
He helped the side to 7-55, before Sam Green (12 not out) and Lachie Keady (11) chipped in with some late runs to help it reach 79.
Scott Richardson also finished with three wickets in an impressive spell.
Katandra had similar early struggles, falling to 3-19 as Angus Heslin found two early scalps for the Bloods.
But the Eagles settled down and got rolling via Andrew Riordan and Luke Patel, the duo adding 70 together before the former was stumped for 35.
Josh McKinnon made 21, but Patel was the star of the show, cruising to 56 and remaining unbeaten at stumps with the Eagles 6-137.
An outright win could have the Eagles jump Mooroopna for third on the ladder, although it would require them making up considerable percentage on the Cats and winning outright next weekend.
