To be played at the Katamatite Recreation Reserve, the game will be a rematch of last weekend's clash where the Bulldogs squashed the Hoppers by 18 goals.
The win was the Bulldogs' third consecutive triumph, and it encouraged coach Caitlyn Price the side was ready to take its game to another level for the post-season.
‘‘What a great way to end our home and away season and head into finals,’’ she told the Cobram Courier.
‘‘The momentum wasn’t always going our way, but for the majority of the game we kept in control.
‘‘We played patient netball, kept possession of the ball and put it to the advantage of our attackers.
‘‘It was a hard hit-out, but a strong finish which is what we needed heading into next week’s final.’’
Rennie's reliance on a mix of youth and experience will be on full show in the contest; young gun Maddi McInness will team with captain Shani Dickins in defence, while under-15 prodigy Brooke Knight will rotate with Brylee McCarthy and Stacey Davis up front.
But the Hoppers will be well aware they are up against it; while the Bulldogs went 12-4 this season and were unlucky to miss the top four, the Hoppers only won five games this season and will have a tough time staying with their opponent.
The Bulldogs have beaten the Hoppers twice this season, having also taken a 57-41 triumph in round five.
Sunday's elimination final will have Picola United take on Waaia in what looms as a tight encounter.
The Blues were in the top four at stages this season, but ended the home and away season sixth, and will have to deal with a Bombers outfit that has only lost once since round 10.
The Bombers got within six goals of top side Tocumwal, with Milly Foster, Aimee Wilson and Amy Williams in impressive form
The Blues came up with a 45-goal win at the weekend, with Demi Morrison and Alannah Fry-Smith the side's best.
