Jyia Foster, 19, of Shepparton, faced Shepparton Magistrates’ Court briefly on Monday, July 21, in a filing hearing.
He is charged with trespassing with intent to assault a person, unlawful assault and making a threat to rape, intending that the person would believe the accused would carry out the threat.
The charges stem from an alleged incident at a Shepparton business on July 4.
