A driver was allegedly five times the legal alcohol limit when her car collided with a parked car in a Shepparton street late on Tuesday, June 14.

Shepparton police Acting Sergeant Ian Fulton said the driver turned from Swallow St and crossed four lanes of traffic in Archer St before the collision between her Toyota Camry and a BMW SUV, which was parked on the street about 11.10pm.

He said there were no injuries from the crash.

Police allege the female driver was more than five times the legal alcohol limit.

Emergency services, including police and firefighters, attended the scene.

A 33-year-old Shepparton woman has been released pending charges relating to drink driving offences, Sgt Fulton said.
