The free event, hosted by Cobram Community House and supported by Moira Shire Council, is aimed at creating an environment in which women can relax, reset and be inspired.
The program includes interesting and motivational speakers, information, activities, pampering, self-care activities, health checks and more.
Manager of Cobram Community House Christine Osborne said the House is excited to host the upcoming event.
“We have some wonderful speakers lined up, local providers will share information about their services, NCN Health will be available to provide health checks,” Mrs Osborne said.
News of this month’s event comes on the back of a similar event last year, which was a success story with over 120 people in attendance.
Guests last year were inspired by no fewer than five guest speakers, pampered with shoulder massages and treated to a delicious lunch.
Organisers are confident this year’s event will be equally well-attended.
The Women’s Wellness Day event will be held at the Cobram Civic Centre on Punt Rd, on Friday, September 13.
Doors open at 10am for a 10.30am start, with the event wrapping up by 2pm.
While the event is free, interested readers are asked to book tickets through https://events.humanitix.com/womens-wellness-day
