The Winter Blues Festival in Echuca Moama is gearing up for its best year ever as event organisers have released the full festival program and schedule.

“We’ve really worked hard to cover all the bases this year stylistically while still sticking closely to the blues, so if you’re into Delta, hill country, Memphis, Chicago, blues rock, acoustic, soul, or you just want to check it all out, then we have something you’ll really like this year,” Echuca Moama Winter Blues music programmer Jon Howell said.
“Australian Blues and Contemporary Roots talent is as good as any in the world, and the Winter Blues Festival proudly features only Aussie artists.
“Come show your support, engage with the historic town of Echuca, and hear some of the best music from around the country, all for free.”

Along with the release of the program, the programming team has added yet another round of artists, including Memphis Blues Challenge winner Frank Sultana, Melbourne blues legend Ian Collard, powerhouse original roots artist Mike Elrington, along with Anna Scionti, Kaliopi & The Blues Messengers, Matt Katsis, Luke Harrington and Ozone Street.
These artists will join an already stacked line-up that includes 19 Twenty, 8 Ball Aitken, Sweet Felicia, Marshall and The Fro, Geoff Achison and The Souldiggers, and Lady Valiant.
Echuca Moama Winter Blues Festival runs from July 25 to July 28 across multiple venues in Echuca and Moama.
Entry to Winter Blues is free except for the Wrap Party and River Cruises on the PS Pevensey.
