Traffic alert | New roundabout for Shepparton North amid other installations

A new roundabout and speed humps will soon be installed in Shepparton North.

Installation works will begin in early February as part of the Shepparton inner north local area traffic management implementation project.

A compact roundabout will be installed at the Maude and Rea Sts intersection, and four speed humps will be installed on Maude St between Knight St and Balaclava Rd.

Access to properties will be maintained while works are being completed, and there will be a full intersection closure to install the roundabout.

People are reminded to expect delays and follow all on-site signage, detours and direction provided by traffic controllers during the works.

In addition to the above works, four new speed humps will be installed on Orr St, between Knight St and Balaclava Rd, about which Greater Shepparton City Council will provide further updates.
