Already a favourite across regional Victoria and Tasmania, the restaurant has built a reputation for mouth-watering burgers, USA-style pork ribs and golden chips.
And from 11am on Saturday, June 27, Shepparton locals will get their own taste of the Boss, right on their doorstep.
Owner Tim Harrison said the decision to expand into Shepparton was the “perfect next move”, given the town’s reputation as a regional hub.
“We had a lot of interest online and Shepparton is like the central hub of regional areas. It just made sense,” he said.
Boss Burgers & Dreams has built its hype around a commitment to freshness, with hand-pressed patties using locally sourced produce.
Everything is prepared in-house each day, from the patties to the sides, ensuring every meal hits the table with bold, consistent flavour.
“That’s why we’re the boss of burgers … you’ll have to try it to see,” Mr Harrison said with a laugh.
While the menu is stacked with chicken, beef and the signature pork ribs, the restaurant also caters to all dietary needs, offering vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options so no-one misses out.
But the new Shepparton store promises more than just good food.
With new, bright neon branding, TVs on the walls and a lively dine-in atmosphere, Boss Burgers & Dreams looks set to be a place where customers can settle in, enjoy their meal and soak up the buzz.
Whether it’s the glow of the new signage or the smell of the slow-cooked ribs drifting down the street, something is sure to draw people through Boss Burgers & Dreams door.
“The old stores were a bit darker and sort of a gangster vibe. This store is a family environment … it’s bright and welcoming,” Mr Harrison said.
“Plus, the whole street will be able to smell our ribs.”
To celebrate the grand opening on Saturday, Boss Burgers & Dreams is offering door prizes and a spin-the-wheel giveaway from noon, along with The Boss and Tommy the Chook burgers for only $10.
Boss Burgers & Dreams is also encouraging people to sign up to its free rewards app.
“Customers can reap the rewards for what they spend every time they visit from ordering via our app,” Mr Harrison said.
With excitement building, Shepparton’s newest burger stop looks set to become a fast favourite.
