This helps to provide wellbeing services to students and takes potential distractions away from teaching and learning to a private and confidential place.
The space include two soundproof pods which are a safe place for wellbeing officers to meet with students.
Staff were given “protocols” on the use of the centre so resources were used efficiently and purposefully.
Assistant Principal Christy Rilen said the uptake has been positive, with students feeling comfortable that they can access support when they need it.
