The event was held at the Deniliquin Rams Oval with more than 150 women in attendance.
The annual event raises funds for Deniliquin Can Assist, and Rams president Julia Druitt was thrilled to announce the day raised $10,000.
It was raised through a combination of a raffle, player calcutta, Harry Raper shaving his hair in the clubrooms, senior netballers donating cash awards and some senior players donating their match payments.
“I am proud of the donation the club is making towards this wonderful organisation; it was a whole club effort to get to $10,000,” Miss Druitt said.
“The Deniliquin Rams will continue to support other local organisations and continue having a positive impact on the wider community.”
Guest speakers were Deniliquin Can Assist president Kellie Crossley and patient liaison officer Bianca Armytage, who spoke of the work Deniliquin Can Assist does in the community.
“We were thrilled and honoured to be part of the Rams ladies day again. To see 150 women in one space, enjoying delicious food and champagne was magical,” Mrs Crossley said.
“It was a great vibe. Our community is incredibly generous and this was certainly the theme of the day.
“A tremendous thanks to all the volunteers at Rams for pulling together such a fun filled and successful event.”
