Look no further. The blokes at GV Plaster Products are giving some of the biggest Hollywood stars a run for their money with the second edition of their Real Tradie Calendar.
In a bid to raise awareness and funds for mental health foundation, This is a Conversation Starter, the tradies stepped in front of the camera and gave it their all for the ‘iconic images’ themed calendar.

Taking it up a notch from last year’s calendar, the boys put on a show parodying well-renowned images of celebrities and films, not shying away from a touch of makeup or the occasional wig.
Operations manager Trevor Bullock said after the success of last year’s calendar, the tradies jumped at the chance to do it again and support a significant cause.
“All employees definitely supported it 100 per cent and went absolutely above and beyond their call of duty,” he said.
“They’re happy to have a laugh and if you can’t have a laugh at yourself what can you do?
“Everyone got well and truly involved, it was a great outcome.”

All proceeds of the calendar go to TIACS, a support line which gives blue collar workers the ability to reach out and get support when they need it, and for however long.
With last year’s calendar raising $3900 for the foundation, Mr Bullock said the team was looking to double that figure.

“The whole objective is basically to sell more and do better than last year, we’ve had great support so far,” he said.
Operating over three generations, GV Plaster Products employs more than 30 tradies from across the Goulburn Valley region and while it’s still a while away, the tradies are already looking ahead to next year’s photo shoot, with a concept already in the pipeline.
