Seymour experienced heavy rains last week after a sunny weekend.

On Tuesday, October 3, a flood watch was issued for the Goulburn River between Eildon and Seymour.

VicEmergency said it was minor to moderate flooding, but some roads had to be closed.

Meanwhile, VICSES continued monitoring all flood-prone areas throughout the week.

On Friday, October 6, the rains subsided, but the Goulburn River was still rising and flooded some parts of Goulburn Park.
