Located on Sangar Street, community members have recycled old possessions to the op shop since 2011.
A group of 15 volunteers keep the shop running smoothly, working across the store six days every week.
Florence Hudson is a volunteer you’d expect to find behind the counter, around the store or in the back, throughout the week.
Florence joined the op shop in 2015 and has spent the last 10 years giving back to the community with a spring in her step.
Voluntary work runs true in the Hudson family; for decades, both of her parents dedicated their time to a local church.
She said the decision to volunteer full-time was based around the excitement in building connections with new people.
“I enjoy every day at the op shop, you meet some nice people that you didn’t know beforehand.”

“It's my choice, we get such positive feedback from the community, it's good to spin it back.”
The store gets its donations from neighbouring regions with people travelling from Albury, Wodonga, and Yarrawonga to visit the shop.
Florence said she enjoys the nature of the op shop.
“It's busy all week round, and the ladies are lovely to get along with,” she said.
