The exhibition, ‘Buds, Blooms and Blossoms’, will include a huge 50 artworks by 11 artists.
Mr Davidson is a long-time member of the local art scene and former gallery owner who now runs his own pop-up exhibitions.
Mr Davidson said he was looking forward to the event.
“It’s going to be good, it’s going to be big,” he said.
“I’m not really sure where (the inspiration) came from, I just realised that florals have become very popular in the last couple of years, people are buying that sort of thing.”

The artists behind the works include both local painters and artists from as far as Melbourne.
The paintings vary in styles, including impressionist and abstract takes on the theme.
While some of the pieces have already been claimed by local businesses, including Three Black Sheep, The Sweet Meadow and Hammond Providore, a large portion will be available for guests to purchase.
Mr Davidson said the exhibition was a chance to help the artists sell some of their works.
“I know all the artists personally so it’s always nice to try and sell their art,” he said.
“Selling art is a tough business for artists these days because an awful lot of people don’t have the money to spend on art any more, which is such a shame.
“There are very few artists that can afford to just be a full-time artist, that’s just how it is these days.”

Four of the 11 artists will also be in attendance for those wishing to meet the person behind some of the paintings.
The event will start at 6pm on Friday, June 6. Entry is free, with nibbles provided.
