It will be hosted from August 16 to 17 at the Deniliquin Stadium.
The landmark event will bring top players from across the country to compete in what promises to be a thrilling showcase of skill, speed and precision.
Opening the tournament on Saturday will be Edward River Council Mayor Ashley Hall.
This will be followed by a Smoking Ceremony and Welcome to Country, which club founder Judy James said would be a weekend of fierce competition and community celebration.
Entries for the tournament close this Friday, with 35 confirmed at the time of going to print.
James said they are aiming for between 40 and 50.
Also confirmed to be attending is Table Tennis Victoria chair Raj Datta, who will also compete - adding prestige to the tournament.
James said spectators can enjoy the fast-paced action free of charge, making this a must-see event for sports fans and families alike.
She said with table tennis growing in popularity across the region, this tournament marks an exciting chapter for Deniliquin and its thriving club scene.
“It will be really good for the town.
“I’m hoping it will generate some interest, especially among junior girls.
“I’ve got five junior boys training, but would love to bring in some girls to the sport.”
“We’re always hoping to take on new members - adults or juniors.”
