Council hosted the morning tea at the Edward River Library in Deniliquin, as a way of saying thanks for all the work volunteers do in the local government sector.
With Mayor Ashley Hall and council CEO Jack Bond in attendance, certificates were presented to those in attendance.
The theme of Volunteers Week in 2025 was Connecting Communities.
