Cooma cricketers celebrate

Cooma Cricket Club players and supporters recently celebrated the season’s end at a presentation night at the Alex ‘Lackie’ Ranson Pavilion.

Club members celebrated many successes, including the D-grade team making it to finals, Lackie Ranson’s induction into the GMC Hall of Fame, and the inaugural season for the women’s cricket team, which produced reasonable results.

The club farewelled English imports Matt Darvill and Hugo Bell, who were a significant asset to the club on and off the field.

The club thanked season sponsors Bendigo Bank, Kyabram Club, Kyabram Bakery, GV Dairy Distributors, BCN Building, H&G real estate, Bennetts Intersport, Paintright and Active Energy Kyabram.
