Drawn Fours winners for Tuesday, March 30 were Lyn Moon, Jenny Major, Yvonne Smolenaars and Kathy Williams.
The raffle winner was Kathy Williams.
The 100-Up grand final was played on Wednesday, March 31 and Jane McCallum defeated Rhonda Hynes in a close game, 101-99.
The 21-Up grand final between Elaine and Yvonne was won by Elaine 21-13.
The new starting time of 10am applies to both Tuesdays and Fridays.
In the Rochester Mixed Pairs, John Weeks and Kaye Barker defeated Allan Crilly and Heather Curnick in the final.
Last week, Wednesday, March 31, the 60 and Overs were in Elmore. There were four sets of three-game winners with Ray Hanson, Andy Harris, Ian Johnson and Kalvin Stout coming fourth with none in the yardstick.
Garry Herne, David Murray, Phil Hanson and Francis Keech came third with one.
In second place with two in the yardstick were Stuart Ayson, Owen McPhee and Doc Hyden.
In first place with three were A. Benson, G. Willis, B. Trengove and B. Smolenaars winning the chooks again.
This week, Wednesday, April 7 the 60 and Overs are at Tongala starting at 10am.
Following the three games we will have a 60 and Over barbecue lunch.
Men’s Committee Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, April 26 at 7pm at the clubrooms.
The Ladies Committee's annual meeting followed by general meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 27 at 10am at the clubrooms.
The Club Presentation dinner is scheduled for April 30, while the Board of Management AGM is on May 3.
Men’s Crossover Pairs Chocolate Run is on Thursday, April 8.
Thursday Pairs’ new start time is 1pm.

The Chocolate Pairs last week was won by Les Walles and Leigh Milgate with Brian Jones and Peter Stahl the runners-up, with both teams being the only two-game winners.
Five-a-side tournament is on April 17 and 18. We need 10 markers per day to volunteer to help. The list is in the foyer.
There will be club training each Thursday from 10am to noon starting from Thursday, April 1.
Rochester Bowls Club Premier Men’s Pairs will be held on Saturday, April 24 and Sunday, April 25 with an ANZAC Service at 9am on the Sunday.
Play starts at 9.30am each day and is sponsored by the Moama Bowling Club.
On bar duty from Monday, April 5 is B. Smolenaars and D. Cameron. From Monday, April 12, A. Benson and B. Major are on duty.
Lockington
The women were back in force for the weekly social bowls last Tuesday.
The name of the game was triples with the talented trio of Sue Harris, Betty Mustey and Denise Gilmore (s) reigning supreme on the day to win the spoils.
On the Tuesday evening, Barefoot Bowls attracted 36 players to enjoy the fine conditions on offer.
After the two games of six ends, there were five two-game winners.
The winning team was Gaylene Triffet, Steve Pavone and John Whiteside (s) with two wins plus 19 shots ahead of Leon Laffy, Ian Scurrah and Jeff Carnie (s) with +14.
Next in line was Ian Haines, Shane Felmingham and Jacob Haines (s) with 12 while Bailey Munro, Darcy Rankin and Jodie Verhey (s) had seven.
Holding down fifth placing on four was Phillip Cunnington, John Fisher and Peter Eade (s).
Barefoot bowls will continue while the weather is fine.
Pauline Humbert and Joy Weller did a superb effort in organising the field while Brian Kinnane was the Masterchef.
In club competitions, Phillip Cunnington defeated Graeme Turner in a quarter final of the 100-Up championship to move into the semi-finals.
In the women's 100-Up President's Trophy, Leanne McInnes is waiting to play the final against the winner of the Annie Haines-Denise Gilmore semi-final.
On the local tournament scene members travelled to Stanhope, Gunbower and City of Echuca.
The rink comprising of Brian Kinnane, Owen McPhee, Alan Kauffman and Tom Davis (s) came home with the fruit salad - without cream.
They had two-game wins, a tie and a final bowl loss at Stanhope.
Two teams played at Gunbower and finished up with an assortment of hard luck stories.
On Sunday, teams played the Ian Evans Memorial Pairs at City of Echuca.
Russell Shawcross and Leanne McInnes (s) won two out of three while Denise Gilmore and Brian Kinnane (s) had a similar result and lost the final game to the eventual winners Di Payne and Norm Hodge (s).
A slight correction to the previous notes last week regarding the Regional Pennant Championship between Moama and South Bendigo. The score at the midway mark was 34-22 in favor of Moama, not the reported 48-36 score, with the final score favouring South Bendigo 49-48 in a real thriller.
South Bendigo will represent the Bendigo-Campaspe Region at the State Pennant Championships to be held at Moama Bowling Club in late April.

60 and Over
The Campaspe Valley and District 60 and Over Bowls Group held its Wednesday weekly bowls at Elmore Bowls Club on March 31 on a warm autumn day.With 24 teams included, that’s 96 players competing for a chook.Three teams won three games then rolled off to within the yardstick.Kelvan Stouts’ team from Lockington had one bowl within the yardstick to come second.The team included Stewart Ayson (lead from Elmore), Greame Hyden (second), Owen McPhee (third) and Kalvan Stout (skipper).Alan Benson's team from Rochester consisted of Bert Smolenaars (lead), Graham Willis (second), Brian Trengrove (third), with Benson the skipper.They were the winners on the day with three bowls near the Jack.Both teams’ members received a chook each.On Wednesday, April 7, the last day of 60 and Over bowls for the season is at Tongala Bowls Club with an 10am start and barbecue lunch.Entries to Keith Tinning on 5859 0251 or David Keating on 5859 0173.
