Woman dead, man and kids hospitalised after house fire

Firefighters found the woman unconscious in the front room but were unable to revive her and she died at the scene.

The man initially escaped but suffered burns after attempting to re-enter the home.

Two children were rescued and treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation.

All four are believed to be from the same family.

Police are investigating the incident.
