Speakers of both chambers will acknowledge the impact of harmful behaviours in parliamentary workplaces on Tuesday.

Among the slew of departures are Health Minister Brad Hazzard and Christian Democratic Party leader Fred Nile - who have clocked up more than seven decades of service between them - are the longest serving MPs heading for the exit.
As a backbencher who was elected in 1991, Mr Hazzard became embroiled in the Terry Metherell affair, a "jobs for the boys" scandal that forced the resignation of then premier Nick Greiner after key independent MPs threatened to withdraw support for the minority government.
Mr Hazzard endured 16 years in opposition after retaining his northern Sydney beaches Wakehurst seat in 1995, before the return of coalition rule in 2011.
He oversaw multiple portfolios and his previous career as a lawyer saw him rise to the role of attorney-general, but he will be best remembered for his work in health, serving as minister for more than five years, including during the darkest days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Premier Dominic Perrottet credited his leadership in the turbulent times of the global health crisis, saying he "answered the call, applying his energy and experience to guide our state through a one-in-100-year global pandemic".
Mr Hazzard will give his valedictory speech in the lower house on Tuesday, as will the Nationals' former minister Melinda Pavey and Labor's Nick Lalich.
Liberal MP Gabrielle Upton, Corrections Minister Geoff Lee, and Transport, Western Sydney, and Veterans Minister David Elliott will give their speeches on Tuesday night.
While parliament's longest serving MP Mr Nile is retiring, his surname could live on in the upper house, with his second wife Silvana Nile seeking to replace him.
Mr Nile is a conservative Christian minister and his faith was reflected in his often controversial policies over the decades.
As a national postal vote on same-sex marriage approached in 2017, an online news site branded him "one of Australia's longest-running anti-gay campaigners".
He has been in parliament long enough to have argued against the state decriminalising homosexuality, which happened regardless in 1984.
He also failed to stop the decriminalisation of abortion in 2019 as well as the legalising of voluntary assisted dying last year.
This year, he moved a bill to protect Indigenous culture and heritage in NSW, which an upper house committee inquiry found "has merit".
Mr Nile will give his valedictory speech in the upper house on Wednesday.
In the lower house, former speaker Shelley Hancock, outgoing speaker Jonathan O'Dea, Customer Service Minister Victor Dominello, and Labor MP Guy Zangari will give theirs.
Infrastructure Minister Rob Stokes will give his valedictory speech on Thursday.
