A Victorian man charged with murder after an incident outside a pub was on bail for unrelated matters, a court has heard.

Spencer Shumski, 20, faced Sale Magistrates Court on Monday, a day after being charged with the murder of 38-year-old Clint Allen.
Mr Allen died from stab wound after an incident outside the town's Criterion Hotel in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Bail from a separate matter was revoked by the magistrate on Monday.
His lawyer told the court the only custody management issues related to his age and it being Shumski's first time in custody.
He's due to return to court in Sale by videolink again on September 19.
