The 24-year-old died from multiple gunshot wounds after he was shot outside the house in Elizabeth Hills on May 22.
A short time later, two cars linked to the crime were found burnt out at nearby Green Valley and Bonnyrigg Heights.
Task Force Magnus, established by NSW Police to target gun-related violence in Sydney, has been investigating the murder.
Five people have already been charged and remain before the courts.
About 6am on Thursday, officers searched a Marsden Park address, where they arrested a 28-year-old man.
He was taken to Mt Druitt Police Station and charged with six offences, including allegations he dealt with the proceeds of crime.
Police allege he was involved in stealing, co-ordinating and destroying two cars used in the fatal shooting.
He appeared in Mt Druitt Local Court on Thursday and was refused bail.
He is due to face Burwood Local Court on Wednesday.
Police have released CCTV of a black Toyota Kluger that was seen driving past Mr Oraiha's house in the hours before the shooting.
Detectives have called on anyone who may have information about the whereabouts or occupants of the car to contact them.
