Keogh’s ranking will be maintained after he was responsible for five free kicks to Rochester on Sunday, while picking up three for himself.
In spite of the fact Shepparton United players occupy the top three rungs of the free kicks against statistic, Kyabram is a clear overall leader in this unwanted category.
And that lead will be stretched by the fact the Bombers gave away another 41 free kicks aainst Rochester at the weekend.
Kyabram had given away 293 free kicks from the opening 10 rounds of the season, more than 40 more than Seymour (252), Mooroopna (251) and premiership favourite Echuca (249).
The teams that incur the wrath of the umpires on the least occasions in the opening half of the season are Benalla and Tatura.
Benalla has given away just 190 free kicks, more than 100 less than Kyabram, while Tatura has had just 201 decisions against it this season.
The free kicks for count does not even the ledger for Kyabram as the club is ranked ninth in that regard.
Shepparton Swans (289) and Shepparton United (275) have the whistle blown in their favour most often, closely followed by the Bombers weekend nemesis Rochester (266).
Rochester’s rank will most likely be enhanced with 41 free kicks in its favour on the weekend.
Shepparton is the team to have earned the least free kicks, with 182, Kyabram’s 10 round total for the season was 228.
United’s Joel Serra, with 29 free kicks against him, is the most penalised player. Keogh is not far behind on 24 (not including the weekend’s five free kicks against).
Ruckman Zach Norris has had 21 decisions given against him and Brad Edwards is 12th with 20.
Zach Banch (38 free kicks) from Shepparton Swans had earned 10 more free kicks than any other player in the competition before the weekend.
Thomas Holman, who ironically gave away three free kicks against Rochester on Sunday, is the player to have earned the most free kicks for Kyabram. He is 12th on the list with 20.
Next best is Keogh in 16th place with 19 free kicks in his favour.
