Odin’s story is a testament to the impact of our programs.

Struggling with confidence and communication, Odin joined the Transition to Work program in October 2024.

With the support of his youth employment mentor, Dakoda, Odin gradually built his confidence.

Dakoda also arranged driving lessons and funded qualifications such as the White Card, First Aid Certificate, and forklift licence, boosting Odin’s employability.

Odin’s hard work paid off when he secured a part-time retail job in March this year.

His journey highlights the importance of mentorship and the comprehensive support provided by CVGT Employment.
