The opportunity to claim the $250 Power Saving Bonus is nearing its end, with the closing date set for August 31.
Since the launch of the Power Saving Bonus Community Outreach Program, there have been around 1,727,000 applications and 62,000 community outreach applications.
This initiative aimed to help Victorians minimise energy costs, particularly aiding those experiencing hardships or without internet access.
With the end of the month approaching, eligible residents are encouraged to take advantage of the bonus if they haven’t already done so.
To qualify for the bonus, applicants must be Victorian residential electricity account holders, and only one payment is available per household.
