There has been intrigue around the Blues' preferred use of their tall weapons after Pittonet was left out of their most recent outing, a loss to GWS in round 24.
Key forward Harry McKay served as a back-up for De Koning in the ruck as the Giants ended Carlton's nine-match winning streak.
But Voss confirmed he will pivot back to the Pittonet-De Koning partnership to take on Swans ruck pair Tom Hickey and Hayden McLean at the MCG.
"We feel like that's been a real strength of ours throughout this year," Voss told reporters on Thursday.
"They bounce off each other really well and they're obviously pretty good at their own individual roles, but we feel like we lean into our strengths there.
"That means Harry gets to spend a little bit more time forward partnering up with Charlie (Curnow)."
Pittonet was involved in a scuffle with teammate Matt Kennedy at training last weekend in an incident Voss saw as a positive sign ahead of the finals.
"Our training environment has really prepared our players well and they go out pretty hard, the boys," Voss said.
"We've got some big boppers like that, get out of their way."
Carlton captain Patrick Cripps and Sam Docherty will return after a week off for the elimination final, while wingman Blake Acres is available to play despite hurting a shoulder in round 24.
"He's done his fitness test and passed with flying colours," Voss said of Acres.
"Everyone's raring to go, which makes it a tough selection discussion."
A huge crowd of about 90,000 fans is expected at the elimination final, with Voss declaring the event partly a celebration for the Blues and their long-suffering supporters.
It will be the former power club's first finals appearance in a decade.
"We want all that noise, we want that real positive energy and we want to put smiles on faces," Voss said.
"To do that, we've got to get out and get our jobs done."
