Western United A-League Women coach Mark Torcaso will take the reins of the Filipinas following their historic World Cup debut in July.
ALM legend and Western's U23 assistant coach Andrew Durante will join Torcaso as an assistant, with both remaining in their respective roles at the A-League club.
Torcaso said the chance to manage on the international stage was impossible to give up.
"The Philippines team has been a great football story over the last year and it is really exciting to be able to work with this group," he said on Wednesday.
"It is truly an honour to take up this position with the Philippines.
"This opportunity is one that we couldn't pass up and we are incredibly grateful for the support of everyone at Western United in making this work."
The two join Western United stars Angie Beard and Jaclyn Sawicki, who featured prominently at the World Cup.
The Filipinas handed co-hosts New Zealand a shock 1-0 loss after Western Sydney Wanderers midfielder Sarina Bolden clinched the maiden win with the country's inaugural goal.
Their World Cup campaign ended in the group stages, losing 2-0 to Switzerland and 6-0 to Norway.
An Australian showdown with an A-League flavour will take place in October when Torcaso and the Philippines go toe-to-toe with Tony Gustavsson and the Matildas in Perth as part of the 2024 Olympic Games qualifiers.
