Starc set to replace Boland for Lord's Ashes Test

The Lord's pitch has a notable green tinge prompting England to leave out a frontline spinner with the ball expected to seam around.

There was a light drizzle around London on Wednesday morning, but no significant rain is forecast for day one.

Starc's recall comes after England made a point to go after Boland at Edgbaston, with the Victorian seamer conceding more than five runs an over in both innings.

Starc was also expensive in the World Test Championship final against India that preceded the Ashes, but Australia rate his attacking wicket-taking ability.
