Talen attends TAP program

It is an intensive three day training and education event held at Sydney Homebush Centre.

The kids are exposed to various high performance platforms and trained under Basketball NSW head coaches.

Off the court, the athletes are exposed to various topics such as: athlete coping skills, social networks, self-regulation, mental toughness and injury prevention.

The camp aims to be a holistic learning opportunity to the athletes to set them up with not only pre-elite athletic skills, but also skills for life.

Talen was grateful for the opportunity to participate and said it was “an amazing experience and I was able to make new friends from across the state”.
